Service Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Skin Social Studio requires a minimum 24 hour notice when cancelling your appointment to avoid a fee.

We are a wait list clientele practice, and because your treatment time is reserved just for you, we appreciate you cancelling or rescheduling your designated appointment time as far in advance as possible.

We are aware that schedules can become busy, and we fully understand if our policies are not a good fit for you, and that another business may better accommodate your needs.

Day of Service Cancellations/Reschedules and "No Shows" will be charged the full amount of the intended service.

In addition, more than 1 consecutive cancellations by a new or existing client (regardless of time frame), will require an added non-refundable deposit to secure your newly rescheduled appointment. This appointment may not be rescheduled until this deposit has been paid. 

This deposit may be redeemed towards the next rescheduled service date and time only!

What if I'm running late?

If you are going to be more than 10-15 minutes late to your service, your service will need to be rescheduled as considered a day of cancellation.

To respect the time of our clients and skin care practitioners, appointment times begin promptly at your designated treatment time and to be completed within that time frame.

Our clients have always been appreciative to begin their facial treatments on time, and we strictly adhere to the above policies to be respectful of everyone's time and schedule.

New Client Policies

New clients are required to confirm their initial appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in that service being cancelled. 

Product Return Policies

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you find that you need to return a skin care product, please contact us 626-775-5017 within 14 days of your delivery or in studio purchase.

Unopened or defective products may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Any sale products are Final Sale.
